Outbound Email Marketing Service Terms
Last updated: January 2026
These terms apply specifically to outbound B2B email marketing services provided via JamesWarrack.com. They should be read alongside the main Terms of Service.
What this service covers
I’ll:
-
Create and send emails on your behalf to agreed B2B prospects
-
Work with you to define a suitable target market
-
Draft and refine email copy with your approval
-
Manage outreach domains and email infrastructure
-
Respect unsubscribe requests and best-practice deliverability standards
Targeting and compliance
-
Only B2B outreach is carried out
-
Recipients must have a legitimate interest in your services
-
You’re responsible for ICO registration and data handling compliance
Domains and infrastructure
-
Outreach emails are sent from separate domains
-
These domains are purchased, managed and owned by Warrack Ltd
-
Replies are forwarded to an address you nominate
Setup and warm-up
-
A setup and warm-up period is required before live outreach
-
No live emails are sent during this phase
-
Setup time does not reduce the paid campaign length unless delays are caused by missing information or approvals
Performance and guarantees
Marketing results vary. I can’t guarantee response rates, leads or revenue, but I’ll always aim to deliver sensible, well-executed campaigns.
Fees, minimum terms and notice
-
Pricing and minimum terms are agreed in advance
-
The service typically runs with a minimum live period
-
One month’s notice is required to end the service
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as costs are incurred from day one.
